Apraksts	This virtual cache is at the heart of an important if little known World War Two memorial site that reflects the terrible human toll the twentieth century exacted upon Latvia. Today the cache location is open to the public in a state preserved area with open fields featuring statutes, a permanent museum exhibition, and the outlines of structures. It is about 18 kilometers southeast of Riga, Latvia.

Tapat ari pedejais logins uzradas 2009. gada augusta. Please archive this one as it seems that the author has lost interest in geocaching for some time already. Description defines a condition which can not be met anymore - there is no way to send email to geocaching.com username RestonRunner. The user is disabled or deleted or some such. Profile displays the august of 2009 as last login. The condition to successfully log this cache is broken and afaik can not be fixed.
